A New Educational Website Launches: The American Revolution Experience

The American Battlefield Trust and the Daughters of the American Revolution asked Interactive Knowledge to create a uniquely formatted educational website that introduces several interesting people who participated in the American Revolution. The American Revolution Experience tells the story of thirteen individuals who had a significant effect on the outcome of the revolution. The website offers visitors an opportunity to learn details about these people by interacting with maps, timelines, archival documents, animations, and original art that brings their stories to life. 

Interactive Knowledge has worked closely with the American Battlefield Trust on a wide variety of content-rich websites as well as an augmented reality application titled The Gettysburg Augmented Reality Experience. The American Battlefield Trust is the largest and most effective nonprofit organization devoted to the preservation of America’s hallowed battlegrounds. They are also devoted to providing detailed, accurate, and engaging digital content related to armed conflicts on American soil that is relied on by researchers, teachers, and students around the world.
